complimentary Bridal Preview

In order to receive the complimentary bridal preview services the following conditions must be met:
-Your wedding must be booked with us (signed proposal & retainer fee paid).
-A minimum of $2500 worth of on location services must be provided

If you would like a trial before officially booking us - we do charge for the trial but will deduct the designated amount from your quoted total if you decide to book with us and the minimum service amount is met. If your services fall below the required minimum on the day of the wedding you will be charged the trial rate to compensate for deducted services. 

Please note that starting September 1st, 2024 we will be completely mobile.
Therefore, trial our preview prices will increase.

Silver Artist

Silver Artists are new in the industry but are trained and hand picked by Lidia Win to join our team. Experience: Three Months to 1 year experience.
Service times range from 1 hr-1.5hr

Silver artists are a budget friendly option without sacrificing quality! They are a great option for the bride who is looking for natural glam makeup and simple romantic hairstyles.

GOLD ARTIST

Gold Artists have honed their skills with a wide variety of clientele. They are more experienced with different skin types and hair textures than our silver stylists but less than our Platinum stylists.

Service times range from 45 mins-1 hr

Early morning fee: $50 & up per artist if getting ready time needs to start before 8am

Holiday Fee: $100 & up per artist for weddings taking place on any major federal holiday.

*Generally we travel anywhere within a 35 mile radius of Scottsdale. Any location outside of the radius will be charged an additional travel fee. We require at least 5 services per artist sent for weddings outside of the valley. Please contact us if you have any further questions. 

EASY BRIDAL BOOKING

Bridal4theWin is a team of contracted artists. We have a bridal beauty coordinator who will escort you through the hair and makeup process. Your coordinator will provide to following services.

• Schedule trials

• Reserve your artist and create a team based on your budget and requirements.

• Curate a beauty timeline.

• Manage your account & answer any questions.

How do I schedule my trial?

Trials provide the opportunity to see your artist, their skill level and if they are a right fit for you. A trial run is a good time to discuss your options and try different looks that will work for you. We want every bride to feel beautiful and confident on her wedding day. Trials provide a security for your and your artist!

• Bring inspiration images of your bridal look

• Trials are held at our studio in old town.

• We will follow up after your trial to see how your trial went.

• Please note we will hold your artist for 10 days. A retainer fee is required to lock them down for your wedding date.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ARTIST?


No problem. This seldom happens, but we understand not every artist is a great fit for every bride.
 We offer a Trial Guarantee to ensure you are always happy. If, for some reason, you are not comfortable with your original artist or do not like the trial, we will provide a retrial with a different artist at no additional cost.
